A sensor has measuring (15) and reference (11) electrodes, the latter being in contact with a second, non-aqueous liquid medium (12) that is different from the the non-aqueous medium (19) that is being analyzed. The reference electrode is located in a second container (16) filled at least partially with the second medium and fitted with a diaphragm (13) through which the first and second media are in contact. A sensor has measuring (15) and reference (11) electrodes, the latter being in contact with a second, non-aqueous liquid medium (12) that is different from the the non-aqueous medium (19) that is being analyzed. The reference electrode is located in a second container (16) filled at least partially with the second medium and fitted with a diaphragm (13) through which the first and second media are in contact. The measuring electrode is made from antimony or bismuth. The reference electrode is made from silver/silver chloride or silver/silver oxide, and the diaphragm is made from zirconium dioxide, aluminium oxide or magnesium silicate; it has a number of layers (28, 29, 30), with a nano-porous layer facing the medium to be analyzed.
