The device has a plastic case (3) with a filler plug (2) for receiving descaling liquid. An opening permits to introduce a valve. A flexible complement resistant to the descaling liquid is fixed to the case. The complement is sealed around the valve during filling the liquid, by a compression seal (5). A clamping collar (6) permits to assemble and disassemble the complement.
