The system has a pair of fixation units with plates (4) cooperating with respective pivots integrated with a sliding board (9). An inextensible transmission (1) integrates the two plates at their two articulated junctions in order to maintain a predetermined angular distance between feet of a user while allowing a disassociated rotation of the feet to permit the user to orient in a navigation direction.
