The device has a central fixed optical guide (21) and a movable support (22) that comprises of two optical guides (23, 24) of different lengths placed away from the fixed guide. Arms (25) are deformed under the action of control unit to cause displacement of the support. The guides (21, 23) are aligned corresponding to a propagation axis of light beams emitted by an optical fiber (11) under the effect of a control unit. An independent claim is also included for a system permitting to move the image point of an optical fiber.
