A plastic operating unit (78) has a stop arm (80) movable between positions to move the unit from a locked to a unlocked state. The unit has a stop block (82) movable with respect to the arm, in a floating manner, from an engaged to disengaged position. The block in its engaged position maintains the rotor in the locked position. An independent claim is also included for a combination of a closure unit and a support.
