The device has a hollow box (1) covered with foam (6) and comprising two inclined walls on its rear part. Vertical bars (4) fixed on upper part of the box are designed to slow down the leads. Hooks (5) disposed on vertical bars are designed to suspend a target. The box has an opening at its lower part for permitting access to a retrieving drawer (2) covered with foam (3). The drawer is designed to receive the leads.
