The device has a roller (1) with a continuous bag strip having perforated separation lines between straps of a bag (2) and base of another bag. The roller is placed in a container whose lower part forms a semi-hexagon (3) such that one of its angles constitutes a base that extends into an opening (5) with a flap (6). The flap is inserted into a space to support against base of the latter bag, to detach the bags at the lines.
