The system has a station control room including a transferring unit that transfers vectorial form of cartographic data to a storing unit embedded in a vehicle (12). The storing unit is wirelessly controlled by the station control room. The vehicle has a computer including a measuring unit (24) to measure gap between a route card (16) and position of the vehicle. An alarm activating unit is activated by the measuring unit.
