The system has alert units, in combination with measuring, calculating and notification units of a vehicle and route card stored in a random access memory (RAM) (14), producing alerts based on notifications of the notification units. The RAM placed on board the vehicle is controlled remotely by a surveillance center (32), such that, irrespective of its capacity, the saturation of storage space is always avoided.
