The amplifier has input and output inductors (1, 2), and a set of branches (B1-BN) connected in parallel between ground and supply terminals (3, 4) of a supply source (10). Each branch has a transistor (12-N2) with its gate connected to an intermediate terminal of the inductor (1). Each transistor has a main electrode connected to the terminal (4) through a capacitor (11-N1) and to an intermediate terminal of the inductor (2). Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) a method for calculating gain of an amplifier (B) a computer program comprising codes for calculating gain of an amplifier.
