The method involves emptying a container through gravity by inclining the container and by creating a movable wave (2) through deformation of a flexible wall (12) arranged at the bottom of the container. The wall of the container is held in order to avoid formation of pockets. The container has an opening (5) at one of its ends for being fixed to a coinciding opening of a chamber (6). Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) an application of a method to empty the bags of sterile products in a chamber (B) a device to empty the content from a container such as a bag, in the chamber.
