The air conditioner has a wet filter (5) placed in front of an air outlet, and permitting to direct refreshed and purified air in a cabin of a machine. The air blown in an air evaporating and washing chamber and fog are converged towards a plate (7) that has a lip near the filter such that droplets formed from fog are directed towards surface of the filter turned inwards to a runoff chamber on the surface. An independent claim is also included for a machine including an air conditioner.
