The bag has a flexible pocket (2) opened at its upper part. A shoulder strap (3) provided at an upper part of the bag is carried around the neck on the front-side of a user. The pocket has an opening (10) covered by a flexible flap (4) extending from a rear side wall (5) of the pocket. The flap has an inner side with a detachable part (15) forming a mouth towel to clean the mouth of the user, after his vomiting.
