The device has a cleaning unit including a heat source which evaporates water vapor in the soil over radicular fruits (9). A mechanical cleaning unit cleans the fruits by utilizing a set of tail boards (21) and brushes (30) that are fixed on inner walls of a grain tank. A thermal detection unit is placed inside the grain tank and is connected to a control unit that controls motorized valves. An independent claim is also included for a process of managing filling of radicular fruits for a radicular fruit cleaning device.
