The system has a flexible ring (2.1) integrating a conductor whose ends are connected to a cable clamp device and a radio frequency identification (RFID) tag (1). The tag sends a periodic RFID signal in industrial, scientific and medical (ISM) band to receivers connected to a supervisor. The supervisor generates an alarm when the supervisor does not receive the signal within a time interval greater than signal`s normal period.
