The device has voltmeters (U1-U6) to measure voltage values necessary to perform complete analysis for locating malfunction at the level of relays (S3-S5). Terminals (A-F, M) of an external measuring instrument are utilized to measure resistances or electric values on the relays and are connected to a port (P1). A circuit breaker (L3) controls resistance of a field coil of each relay.
