The device has two actuators (3A, 3B) articulated on consoles that have stops, and including rods with stops. An anti-embedding bar (4) is mounted on ends of the actuators. Rods (9A, 9B) are provided between the stops such that retraction of the actuators from a service configuration causes the rods to rest against the stops and causes the actuators to rotate about a rotational axis, towards a rest configuration.
