The valve (2) has a rounded portion in the form of a dome forming a valve piece, where the portion is in contact with an annular valve seat (35). An elastically deformable portion is provided on opposite side of the valve, and supported on the bottom (36) of a body (30). The deformable portion pushes the rounded portion against the seat to seal a passage between a channel (34) whose end constitutes the seat and a distribution channel. An independent claim is also included for a jet nozzle.
