Liquid product dispenser filling procedure uses removable spacer between upper and lower sections of container to create temporary dead volume

A filling procedure for a liquid product dispenser, is new. A procedure for filling a container comprising lower and upper sections fitted, after filling, with a cap (11) equipped with an outlet, consists of using a removable spacer (3) between the two sections that allows a dead volume (M) to be left at the top at the end of the filling operation. The cap is then fitted, the spacer is removed, and the upper and lower sections are assembled to eliminate the dead space and allow the air trapped in it to escape through the outlet. The spacer is made, for example, in the form of an open ring with two flexible arms having out-turned tips and and a lug that permit automated operation.
