The toothbrush (1) has a handle (15) and a brushing head (2) including upper and lower brushing compartments (3, 4) that are intended to receive teeth of upper and lower jaws, respectively. The head is equipped with a base forming a horizontal bar and including an upper surface which is equipped with flexible brushing units extending radially on a lower surface of the base. The handle is pivotally mounted on an outer wall of the head.
