The process involves heating a base material (1) to be decorated with a resin layer (2) in a controlled temperature condition and controlled time conditions for polymerizing the resin layer on the material. A decalcomania (3) is deposited to form a decoration on the material. The material is heated in the controlled conditions for drying the decoration. The material is coated with a resin layer, after its material. An independent claim is also included for a fashion accessory which is obtained by an image or print transferring process.
