The device has a rigid plastic body (1) with a lateral surface having a conical opening (4). The plastic body and a rubber squeegee (5) are connected by introducing a reinforcement part (7) and a groove (2). The rubber squeegee has a rigid plastic profile (6) to scrape a glass on a window surface and evacuate water on the surface to obtain a dry surface, when the profile is applied on the window surface by users.
