The device has a tube (19) fixed at the base of a faucet (4), and an automatic compensation system that automatically responds to different pressure exerted inside the tube by causing water leak (9) in a reservoir (2) inversely proportional to flow from the faucet. The faucet provides water that is drained from a bowl (3) of a washbasin (1) towards the reservoir through a water flow management system.
