The device has two ferromagnetic bodies (1, 2) with one body fixed on a clamp (8) and other being movable, and is housed in a protection casing (7). The bodies have different or equal thickness which is calculated according to the weight of an object to be moved and desired speed. The movable body is repelled in direction opposite to the fixed body for moving the object forward and is attracted for moving the object backward.
