The device has a longitudinal elongated unit (3) which is not compressible in the direction of its length and coupled along the length of a flexible longitudinal band (2). The band has a front adhesive side (5), which is pasted on the skin of a user. The length of the band is comprised between 4 and 10 times the length of the unit (3). The unit (3) is deformable in the direction of its thickness.
