The process involves projecting fine droplets (35a, 35b) of a phyto-sanitary liquid on a target such as a plant. Air curtains (31a, 31b) are generated, so as to prevent the progression of the fine droplets in a vertical direction, where the curtains are oriented according to spraying conditions. A spout has a flattened shape and has a venturi type device which is fixed on it. An independent claim is also included for a spraying apparatus including a spout that implements a phyto-sanitary liquid spraying process.
