The device has a buckle (2) fixed to a rod (1), and two straps (3) coupled to the buckle and attached around each thigh of a user. A support (4) of a backrest (6) is fixed perpendicularly at preset height of the rod. A horizontal axle (7) allows vertical movement of the backrest. A tightener (8) is coupled to holes (9) along the rod for being turned around a pulley (11) and coupled to a harness (10) which retains chest of the user.
