Soluble inclusion compounds are prepared by mixing a sparingly soluble active substance with a host molecule, contacting the mixture with a dense fluid under pressure in the presence of a diffusion agent, recovering the resulting complex and mixing the complex with an interaction agent. An independent claim is also included for a soluble inclusion compound produced as above. ACTIVITY : Analgesic; Antipyretic; Antibiotic; Antiinflammatory; Antiulcer; Hypotensive; Neuroleptic; Antidepressant. MECHANISM OF ACTION : None given.
