The device has a suspended body defined as torpedoes (5, 8) in a conduit (2) so as to create an annular fluid flow section (6) in order to reduce thickness of fluid crossing radiation transmitted by a radiation source (4) mounted either at the exterior of the conduit or at the interior of the torpedo. Enlarged covers (1) are connected to the conduit and separated by a length of a tube of larger diameter.
