The machine has a bucket (8) comprising, in its bottom part, an evacuation orifice (10) arranged above a horizontal section of a conveyor of a harvested berries or grapes transporting and receiving system (2). The orifice is provided with a creeper (9) whose speed of rotation is adjusted using a motor that is controlled manually, so as to adjust the flow of evacuation of the harvested berries or grapes from the bucket.
