Container`s filling rate indicating device has a case (2) fixed inside a container (1). A time clock (6) activates the device once a day. An electronic board (4) activates or not a modem (5) based on rate of filling of the container measured by ultrasonic sensors (7A, 7B). The modem sends a short messaging service (SMS) message to a number stored in a subscriber identification module (SIM) card (8), if the rate of filling is more than 50 percent.
