The system has a specialized central server (3) to receive user requests (1) such as messages or executable controls and to broadcast the requests towards target stations (7, 10) through a classical digital broadcasting network (6) such as satellite, hertzien digital network, cable, wireless local loop and DAB network. The requests are encrypted before broadcasting and decrypted and authenticated by the target stations.
