The construction has multiple rows (P) of load-bearing units, where each row has two side posts (120, 160) and a central post (200). Each post of the same row is joined to the post of opposite row, respectively through each of multiple transverse bars. A multistrand type tension rope (Ca) made up of plastic material supports a part (252) of a tarpaulin cover (250). Free end of each bar is fixed to the posts through a sleeve (124). An independent claim is also included for a method to construct a light weight building construction.
