The process consists of separating ferrous and non-ferrous metals from the incinerated waste clinker after maturation, passing it through a 0 - 20 mm riddle and grading. The resultant material is mixed with identified foundry sand, inert slag from electric steel smelting, Portland cement such as Cibelcor, and 15 per cent water. Before adding the water the mixture comprises 3.5 per cent cement, 66.5 per cent clinker, 15 per cent foundry sand and 15 per cent inert slag.
