The instrument has a wind-chest (2) with a monolithic block having, on one of its four longitudinal sides, lateral walls (2c), of a wind box (5) with a bottom wall (2d) serving as a base for heads (4a) of pallets (4). The block has a wall (2e), serving as a support and stop to keys (1) of a keyboard, on another opposite longitudinal side. The chest has cavities (2a), to be closed by reeds (3), on the other two opposite sides.
