The handle has a locking mechanism with a lug (9) and a hook (10) for integrating a rotating arm with a base in a locking position of the hook. A lock has a bolt occupying a position in which it immobilizes a push rod (8) of a lever (7) against the arm, in the locked position of the lock, while allowing the mechanism to freely pivot between locking and unlocking positions in which the arm is integrated and released, respectively.
