The shoe has fastening systems (22) each comprising a cable (32) with its ends (34) integrated to medial or lateral quarters (16, 18), and a fastening unit with its anchoring end connected to a grasping paddle (38). Each system has self-adhesive bands (42, 44, 48, 50) that permit to fix the grasping paddle in different positions on an upper (14) constituted of the quarters.
