The device has a cavity (A) constituted of a cylinder (1) and a semi-hyperboloid (2). A built-in unit (4) is fixed on rear side of a magnet of a membrane loudspeaker, and terminates in a low section cylinder (3). Sound vibrations created by the loudspeaker move in the cavity for being localized at the level of a point (8) and propagate towards the cylinder (3) for being diffused towards outside of an enclosure.
