Adjustable steering handle for personal mobility vehicle

An adjustable steering handle assembly for a personal mobility vehicle comprises a handle 21, a bracket 10 pivotally attached to a handle post 20 and to a telescopic post 30 comprising an inner tube 32 and an outer tube 31, and a ball lock (50 fig 2) operated by a lock driving device 40, comprising a lever (45 fig 2) pivotally attached to the handle post 20. The ball lock (50) is located at an end of the inner tube 32 and comprises springs (53 fig 2) which act on balls (54 fig 2) each contacting one of two tapered protrusions variably spaced from each other. The lever (45) is connected to the ball lock (50) by a rod (47 fig 2) inside the inner tube 32 which can move one of the protrusions, thus pressing the balls against the outer tube 31, locking the telescopic post 30 at a selected length and defining a selected handle post angle.
