PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide treatment equipment of high concentration organic waste liquid and a treatment method thereof capable of reducing the amount of organic solubilizing material flowing into a solubilizing chamber as much as possible and capable of increasing the amount of methane production and the amount of energy generation in the digestion chamber when performing anaerobic digestion treatment. PSOLUTION: The treatment equipment comprises: a sedimentation tank 1 for separating organic solid material-containing waste liquid by sedimentation; a mechanical separation means 2 for further performing solid-liquid separation of sedimentation solid material-containing liquid A which includes organic solid material sedimented in the sedimentation tank; the solubilizing tank 3 for solubilizing organic solid material-concentrated liquid which has a small amount of organic solubilizing material content obtained by the mechanical separation means by using thermophilic bacteria under high temperature conditions; and a digestion treatment device 4 for digesting supernatant liquid having little organic solid material obtained by the sedimentation tank and/or the organic solubilizing solution obtained by the mechanical separation means, wherein the solubilizing liquid obtained in the solubilizing tank is introduced into the digestion device.
