PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for supplying a thermoplastic resin raw material while intentionally providing a time lag in a charging period so as not to overlap the charging periods of the raw material to respective feeders or not to allow the charging periods of the raw material to approach each other when a polymer powder of a thermoplastic resin, a recycled product low in bulk density and an additive material are supplied to a twin-screw extruder by a loss-in-weight feeder. PSOLUTION: When the polymer powder, the recycle product low in bulk density and the additive material are used as the thermoplastic resin raw material to be supplied to the twin-screw extruder by a plurality of loss-in-weight feeders, charging timing of the resin raw material into one of the feeders is judged so as not to be superposed on and allowed to approach the charging timing of the resin raw material into the other feeder and, when the charging timing of the resin raw material into one of the feeders approach that of the resin raw material into the other feeder, the charging of the resin raw material into one of the feeders is started so as to leave a predetermined time.
