PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and efficiently carry out inspection of delivery of a nozzle which delivers a liquid such as an ink.;SOLUTION: The liquid delivering inspecting apparatus is equipped with a first electrode for charging the liquid delivered from a liquid delivering nozzle with electricity, a second electrode for applying a force in the direction separating from the first electrode on the liquid delivered from the liquid delivering nozzle and charged with electricity, a sensing part which senses the liquid delivered from the liquid delivering nozzle and charged with electricity, and a judging part which judges on the basis of the sensed result of the sensing part whether the delivery of the liquid from the liquid delivering nozzle is normally carried out or not.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
