PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a label by directly printing attribute information or the like with respect to a patient on a blood-collecting tube or the like as a quadratic surface object.;SOLUTION: This quadratic surface printer comprises a head 4A ejecting a ground color 5 ink onto the necessary region of the outer surface of the blood-collecting tube 1 and a head 4B ejecting onto the ground color ink 5 identification codes such as characters and symbols or the like in color of ink different from the ground color. For example, a yellow aqueous ink is directly printed on the outer surface of the blood-collecting tube 1 as the ground color 5, and information or the like with respect to the attribute of a patient as a bar-code 6, characters, symbols or the like can be printed using an aqueous ink of different color. Thereby, even in a case of a transparent or a semi-transparent blood-collecting tube 1, the bar-codes 6 can be read with a bar-code reader, and also character information or the like can be visibly read, completely dispensing with labels which are necessary conventionally.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
