PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transport cost and CO2 emission reducing system.;SOLUTION: A mail-order firm builds business tie-up with stores and/or department store and makes shipment of the ordered goods via the stores or department store located in the same city as the orderer (consumer) lives. The business tie-up signifies that stores or department store handling the same goods perform the transport and logistics of the goods commonly.
