PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic polymer of a resorcinol derivative which has in its side chain a crown ether structure as a functional group which can efficiently separate metal ions, molecular ions or isotopes, and to provide its simple synthetic method.;SOLUTION: A predetermined resorcinol derivative, a predetermined benzo crown ether and paraformaldehyde or formaldehyde are added and dissolved in a halogen-containing fatty acid, and the mixture is allowed to react under 20-150°C for 1 min to 36 h to synthesize the organic polymer of the resorcinol derivative having in its side chain the crown ether structure as the functional group.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
