PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely reduce the unit consumption of fuel in a heating furnace by performing a combustion control considering the difference of the unit consumptions among the heating furnaces.;SOLUTION: Various kinds of information in the heating furnaces are stored and also, the heat-loss, which is contained in the furnace outlet-heat and the others, is calculated by utilizing the stored various kinds of information, and the combustion is controlled so as to increase or reduce the air ratio supplied into the heating furnace based on the calculated heat loss value with the others, and the air ratio is adjusted so that a value in the heat-loss with the others is minimized.
