PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquefied gas discharge method and an air temperature type liquefied gas evaporator, dispensing with a switching liquefied gas evaporator and an automatic switching system, advantageous to cost, preventing freezing of an evaporator body, and without generating white smoke when discharging liquefied gas. PSOLUTION: This liquefied gas discharge method of the air temperature type liquefied gas evaporator 1 vaporizes and discharges the liquefied gas, and blows the gas discharged from the evaporator 1 upon the evaporator body 30. The air temperature type liquefied gas evaporator 1 vaporizes and discharges the liquefied gas.
