PORTABLE MUSIC PLAYER WITH RIDING-PAST-DESTINATION PREVENTION FUNCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable music player with a riding-past-destination prevention function which can surely notify a person of a station which he wants to get off at without troubling persons around him/her even if he/she is listening to music or sleeping.;SOLUTION: The portable music player with a riding-past-destination prevention function is provided with; a storage device for storing the voice guidance data and station identification code of a station which a person wants to get off at; a receiver for receiving a station identification signal; a determination device for comparing a station identification code in the received station identification signals with a station identification code in the storage device; a conversion device for extracting the voice guidance data of the station concerned from the storage device and converting them to voice guidance signals when the received station identification code coincides with the station identification code; and an interruption device for temporarily interrupting reproduction by the portable music player and outputting the converted voice guidance signals, as voice, when the received station identification code coincides with the stored station identification code.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
