PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network conference support apparatus enabling automatic switchover of a presenter and a presentation document according to the progress of a conference, and a grasp of a conference progress state in real time.;SOLUTION: The network conference support system includes an agenda list execution means for storing an agenda list for each discussion subject, in which the presenters, the presentation documents for use by the presenters at presentation are related in time series to an attendance state to the conference and the progress state including a proceeding state of the discussion subject, and on receiving a start indication from a conference terminal, proceeding the conference based on the agenda list settings. The system further includes a presenter authority switchover means for switching the addition of presenter authority to a predetermined conference terminal according to the conference progress, and a presentation document switchover means for storing the presentation documents for use by the presenter having the presenter authority, and presenting the presentation documents for use by the presenter while switching over the documents according to the conference progress.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
