PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eye fundus image analysis method capable of supporting the viewing and diagnosing of an eye fundus by a doctor, and its device. PSOLUTION: The analysis method of an eye fundus image for detecting and analyzing an optic disk part from the eye fundus image comprises: a first step of deciding a disk line in the eye fundus image; a second step of deciding a cup edge in the eye fundus image; a third step of obtaining a C/D by the disk line and the cup edge decided in the first step and the second step; and a fourth step of comparing the C/D obtained by the third step with information in a prepared C/D data base and reporting an obtained compared result.
